About us

Sélim Haddad, a free lancer, is the General Manager of SAMIEL CONSULTING. An experienced banker, with more than 45 years’ experience in senior banking positions in the Middle East and Europe with advanced expertise in International Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking and Compliance.

Sélim Haddad specialises in sharing knowledge and skills in the Banking Consultancy field, IT Project Management, Organisation of Educational Workshops covering Trade Finance Instruments including Structured Trade Finance,LC's, LG's, DC's, SBLC's, Fraud and AML Compliance issues, Islamic Finance, Digitalisation as well as Business Continuity Management Planning.

Sélim Haddad also specializes in a number of IT applications including the implementation of Temenos Core Banking System R21-R22, 'DAC6' Directive, 'SIRON' AML and 'RPX' BCP softwares.
